Agreement to these terms

These terms are between you and Bianomics LLC ("Bianomics", "we", "us"). By using bianomics.com or submitting anything through it, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This site describes what we do and invites you to start a conversation. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a client relationship.

If we go on to work together, that work is governed by a separate signed agreement. Where these terms and that agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Snapshot requests

The Snapshot is a free read of where your communications or brand position stands. It is our opinion, given in good faith on the information you provide. It is not a guarantee of any outcome, and it is not legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

By submitting a Snapshot request you confirm that:

• You are authorised to share the information you send us.
• The information is accurate as far as you know.
• You are not sending us anything confidential, privileged, or subject to a third party’s rights, unless we have separately agreed in writing to receive it.

We may decline any request, and we are not obliged to explain why.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to send anything harmful or deliberately false, to impersonate anyone, to scrape or harvest it at scale, to interfere with how it runs, or to try to reach parts of it you have not been given access to.

Intellectual property

The text, design, photography, and code on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. The Bianomics name and marks, including Groundwork™, are ours. You may read, print, and share pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell, or build a competing offering from them.

Client work shown on this site remains the property of the clients it belongs to, and appears here with their permission.

Links to other sites

Some links lead off this site, including the application forms for our programmes. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for them. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you arrive.

No warranties

This site is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose, and to the fullest extent the law allows we exclude all implied warranties.

We work to keep what is written here accurate, but figures, availability, and programme dates change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims and costs arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

Privacy

What we do with the information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in El Paso County, Texas, and you and we both agree to that venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and using the site after that date means you accept the update.
